What is the impact of the earth shifting its axis 1 degree?

I heard that the earth shift that caused the tsunami shifted the earth 1 degree on its axis. I have not been able to verify this. Would we feel that kind of a shift? If not, how much shift would be noticeable?

1. Whoa, what was that? I think we just shifted. Cotastophic things will happen, like, 7-11's everywhere will close simultaneously causing the earth to have a major slurpee shortage. WHAT WILL WE DO???????????
2. The amount of energy required to cause a 1° shift would be enormous. The 2004 Tsunami actually caused a shift of about 1 INCH.
3. slightly shorter and longer days depending on the season. the reason for the seasons is because of that 23 and a half degree tilt. depending on the location of the sun, the suns rays hit different part of the world and that 1 degree would make a minor difference.
4. The tsunami probably didn't shift the earth's axis one degree, one inch is more like it.
   
   
   
   The earth's tilt now is 23.5 degrees. A tilt of higher degrees makes the seasons more pronounced, a lower number makes the seasons less severe.
