Can a lifeform from a planet with high gravity live on a planet with lower gravity?

If a lifeform was from another planet that had gravity 5x (lets say) that of Earth. Would it be able to survive if it came here?



I am aware that humans have suits designed to withstand Gs for use in airplanes and spaceships, but my question is if the speicies from the higher gravity planet could survive for long periods of time in an environment with much lower gravity.



If no, would there be a technology that the lifeform could use to survive?

1. astronauts survive pretty well in space. their muscles begin to atrophy if they stay out there for too long but gravity is not absolutely required for life.
2. It would depend on said creature's anatomy. If it doesn't have anatomy dependent to having a high gravity, then it would just feel really light.
