Has anyone stayed at Planet Hollywood any recommendations for night clubs around area?

I'm planning to go to Las Vegas in March and already booked my hotel for Planet Hollywood. It's my first time in vegas and I am wondering how this hotel is. I am also wondering of any good nightclubs around the area. Thanks

1. Planethollywood has a good 3 or 4 nitghtclubs inside it like Club Asia. At the Venetian which is down the street a bit you got TAO. Across the street you got Pure- Ceasars Palace, Jet- Mirage, Tengerine- Treasure Island. Just to name a few.
2. We stayed at the Planet Hollywood back when it was still the Aladdin. I have to admit that I was very, very unimpressed. The pool basically sucked, the casino is small and reeks of cigarettes (no ventilation), and the staff was less than friendly. The only highlights were the mall (which is awesome), and the PF Changs Restaurant. Other than that, I would suggest spending your time at the Venetian or the Bellagio.
3. Since the Aladdin sold out to P H the place went into the dumper.
   
   Stay away, and to to Paris, or up to Harrahs for a lot better clubs.
